Be a full member of a recognised professional body such as RICS, CABE, IFE, ICE, CIOB, IStructE
A strong understanding of PAS 9980
Sound knowledge of construction materials, and facades
Scope to develop your role into other areas of fire safety, with full support of an experienced team
Proven experience in report writing
An understanding of classifications under BS EN 13501-1, Regulation 7 and their application
1-2 years' experience in delivering FRAEW's and EWS1 forms
Completed the RICS External Wall System Assessment Training Programme
Have thorough understanding of EWS1 forms and ratings
