- Be a full member of a recognised professional body such as RICS, CABE, IFE, ICE, CIOB, IStructE
- A strong understanding of PAS 9980
- Sound knowledge of construction materials, and facades
- Scope to develop your role into other areas of fire safety, with full support of an experienced team
- Proven experience in report writing
- An understanding of classifications under BS EN 13501-1, Regulation 7 and their application
- 1-2 years' experience in delivering FRAEW's and EWS1 forms
- Completed the RICS External Wall System Assessment Training Programme
- Have thorough understanding of EWS1 forms and ratings
