  • Be a full member of a recognised professional body such as RICS, CABE, IFE, ICE, CIOB, IStructE
  • A strong understanding of PAS 9980
  • Sound knowledge of construction materials, and facades
  • Scope to develop your role into other areas of fire safety, with full support of an experienced team
  • Proven experience in report writing
  • An understanding of classifications under BS EN 13501-1, Regulation 7 and their application
  • 1-2 years' experience in delivering FRAEW's and EWS1 forms
  • Completed the RICS External Wall System Assessment Training Programme
  • Have thorough understanding of EWS1 forms and ratings
