What You Bring
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. No sponsorship is available for this position. Candidates should have strong communication, documentation, interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills. Travel for this position to project location(s) is required. Assignments may include part- or full-time resident representative duties within New York State. -An Associates or Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology (or similar) and Level II NICET certification or equivalent is preferred. -10+ years of construction observation and/or inspection experience on municipal projects including drinking water infrastructure, wastewater infrastructure and/or highway construction (local, county and/or DOT highways) for linear (i.e., pipeline), municipal solid waste, and vertical (i.e., building) construction projects.

Benefits
The anticipated base pay range of $75,000-$85,000 per year is commensurate with experience. EDR reserves the right to pay outside of the target range based on an individual’s education, credentials, skill level and relevant experience, as well as internal pay equity, geographic location, and business needs.
