Tasks

-Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business. -Prepare and present design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and 3D visualizations. -Coordinate with architects, contractors, engineers, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized. -Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering professional growth. -Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to meet client expectations. -Oversee the production of detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation. -Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure design quality. -Translate client needs and objectives into functional, aesthetically pleasing, and innovative design solutions. -Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and sustainable design practices. -Lead the design process from initial concept development to project delivery.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced and creative Interior Designer & Sales Executive to lead the design and execution of high-end interior projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong conceptual design skills, a deep understanding of materials and finishes, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion. This role requires leadership, client relationship management, and collaboration with architects, consultants, and junior designers. -Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). -2+ years of professional interior design experience, preferably in residential, hospitality, or commercial sectors. -Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and construction practices. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. -Strong project management and leadership capabilities. -Strong network of suppliers, contractors, and industry contacts. -Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. -Ability to balance creativity with technical and practical considerations. -Candidates residing near Noida Extension will be preferred. -Experience working with high-profile clients and luxury projects. -Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions and successful project delivery.
