-Demonstrable experience as a Structural Revit Technician, coupled with Engineering Technician (EngTech) or equivalent experience -Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of working effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders -Experience in delegating tasks, managing workloads, and mentoring junior team members would be preferable. -A proactive approach to continuous professional development, with the attainment or maintenance of EngTech status preferable -Strong understanding of project stages, health and safety implications, and quality assurance procedures -Proven ability to lead the production and coordination of detailed structural engineering models and drawings
