What You Bring

-Ability to apply sound analytical thinking to effectively analyze relevant information and reach independent recommendations. -Demonstrated concern for quality, ability to handle multiple deadlines and associated pressures. -Ability to create effective relationships with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve complex business problems. -Self-starter, demonstrating self-reliance and resourcefulness. -Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to facilitate and/or work on multiple project teams simultaneously, including coordination of assigned projects, planning, scheduling and time management. -SAP HANA experience is a plus. -Proficiency in the application of business process improvement methodology, benchmarking, and change management. -Familiarity with a variety of technical data solutions including Excel, Visio, SQL queries, scripts, robotic process automation, Power BI, Power Automate, and Alteryx workflows (or similar applications). -Finance and accounting experience is a plus.
