Carry out all types of ground works to the required specification, standard and timescale, as directed by the Site Manager/Site Supervisor.
Carry out briefings to ensure teams are aware of the work requirements and associated risks.
Ensure all duties and performance standards comply with current health and safety procedures, plant and PPE regulations.
Complete all necessary documents and paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
Work effectively with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
Supervise labour, plant, transport and equipment on site, ensuring that operations are carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with the project plan.
Operate company vehicles, plant and equipment as required and in accordance with procedures.
