  • Carry out all types of ground works to the required specification, standard and timescale, as directed by the Site Manager/Site Supervisor.
  • Carry out briefings to ensure teams are aware of the work requirements and associated risks.
  • Ensure all duties and performance standards comply with current health and safety procedures, plant and PPE regulations.
  • Complete all necessary documents and paperwork and submit in a timely manner.
  • Work effectively with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
  • Supervise labour, plant, transport and equipment on site, ensuring that operations are carried out in a safe manner and in accordance with the project plan.
  • Operate company vehicles, plant and equipment as required and in accordance with procedures.

  • CSCS card with level 5 NVQ
  • Experience of leading a workforce of 30 people
