The Role

Overview

Process invoices, manage vendors, and handle AP reporting for assigned offices.

Tasks

-Assist employees and clients by answering questions related to accounts payable procedures. -Run reports, verify and balance end of month closing for all companies -When applicable, import data for accurate job costing and prompt payment -Maintain and update vendors within the Vantagepoint systems and add new vendors within 24 hours of request -Audit expense reports and process all payments on bi-weekly basis -Process invoices for payment on weekly basis -Weekly review and correction of invoices including job costing and consultants

What You Bring

-Dynamic and collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts to shifting priorities and ambiguity in a high-growth company. -Knowledge of general accounting practices. -Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role. -Experience with a consulting A/E firm in an Accounts Payable function. -Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills used to build trust and meaningful relationships with diverse stakeholders -Proactive, proven ability to work effectively independently, with excellent organizational skills and fierce attention to detail -Experience using Deltek Vantagepoint software. -High School Diploma or equivalent.
