Tasks
-Assist market research to inform investment, acquisition, and asset management strategies. -Identify and implement innovative solutions to optimize performance measurement and data accuracy. -Support engagement with property managers, owners, and other stakeholders to validate and compile data for reports and strategic insights. -Develop, implement, and manage data-driven strategies to enhance revenue performance. -Monitor economic and industry indicators to support business decisions. -Assist with revenue and analytics for current and upcoming new development lease-up projects. -Support annual budgeting processes by forecasting residential revenue projections. -Support leasing strategies, property operations, and capital improvement initiatives. -Improve residential reporting processes using AI and Microsoft technologies. -Partner with marketing, finance, property management, and capital teams to maximize asset value. -Assist with comprehensive, accurate, and insightful client and internal reports. -Leverage Yardi and other relevant tools to streamline analytics and enhance efficiency. -Assist with maintaining up-to-date knowledge of demographic and real estate market trends. -Analyze internal and third-party data to identify market trends, growth opportunities, and competitor activity.

What You Bring
-Skilled in building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. -Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience in analytics, finance, or real estate. -High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity. -Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract required. -Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Urban Studies, Economics, Real Estate Commerce, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree is an asset). -Proactive, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. -Police Clearance – A criminal verification check is required for employment. -Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey data insights. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical, process-oriented mindset.
