Overview

Inspect CNC machined parts using drawings and measurement tools to ensure quality.

Tasks

-Interpret and work from engineering drawings -Inspect components, ideally CNC machined parts, to ensure they meet engineering specifications -Use measurement equipment to verify part accuracy -Assist in maintaining quality databases and reviewing non-conformance data -Participate in corrective actions and improvement processes -Liaise with customers and suppliers to address quality concerns -Support problem-solving activities and continuous improvement initiatives -Maintain clear communication with the wider team to resolve issues efficiently

What You Bring

-Knowledge of quality standards, Six Sigma, or SPC desirable -Proven experience inspecting precision components -CMM experience (MITUTOYO mcosmos basic programming) is an advantage -Good understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances -Strong communication and problem-solving skills -Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
