Tasks

-Security: Ensuring the GHD ServiceNow Platform is secure and updated to the latest security patches and ensure robust Identity and Access Management -Governance: Working with Security, Compliance and Data teams to ensure GHD ServiceNow meets all internal and external policies and governance -Integration Management: Configuring integration of ServiceNow with other applications and technologies, including Identity Management, SAP & Document Management systems -Strategic Guidance: Providing guidance and advice in Architectural design and Roadmaps -Capacity Management: Ensuring the Platform is configured to meet future business needs through Optimization, Capacity Management and Continual Improvement -Performance Management: Monitoring and maintaining the Health and Performance of all Instances -Project Support: Working within Project and Agile Development teams to deliver projects and solutions -Incident Management: Using ITIL methodologies to manage Incidents and Operational Defects -Training and Advocacy: Assist in Training and Education of ServiceNow and drive adoption -Administration: Configuring, Managing and Maintaining the GHD ServiceNow Platforms (Prod, Test, Dev)

What You Bring

-Demonstrated background in Portal development with solid JavaScript, HTML, CSS skills -Experience integrating different platforms and business applications -5+ years in ServiceNow, strong ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Integrations background -Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or demonstrated experience to meet the key skills and competencies -Experience in developing and implementing systems, processes and procedures to meet customer requirements end-to-end -Relevant Industry certifications such as ITIL, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow CIS, etc.
