Tasks
-Coordinate training and compliance measures to ensure project procedures are followed. Identify and secure necessary approvals for all changes in project scope, budget and/or schedule. -Manage and direct project teams by providing communication, coordination and follow-up to meet project goals and objectives; ensure project scope or work, schedule and budget are clearly defined and understood. -Establish project procedures consistent with contractual documents and quality plans for all engineering work; determine and oversee all project controls, schedules and budgets. -Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. -Supervising, testing and troubleshooting the installation of specialty systems that could include (but not limited to) fiber/copper cabling, CCTV, Fire protection/alarm systems, access controls, security and audio sytems, CATV, WLAN, Low Voltage Data systems -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. -Provide job safety training and awareness for all personnel. Establish quality standards of all jobs and ensure that all quality assurance and company standards are being met. Develop and manage job schedules (e.g. three-week, 90-day, man loading), coordinate work with other crafts, departments, contractors and suppliers and provide. -Establish budgetary guidelines for the job and ensure that cost control measures are being followed and ensure the project is staying on track with estimated job costs. -Serve as project representative with client, constructor, subcontractors, and vendors at kick-off meetings, Job walks, project review, and other meetings and correspondence. -Maintain ongoing communication with client, making adjustments as necessary to comply with client needs within contractual obligations, or adjust project deliverables to meet client and Kiewit needs. Ensure all work products are consistent with industry standards and in accordance with good engineering practice and applicable codes, and in compliance with all pertinent legal codes and requirements. -Perform daily inspections of work for Safety, Quality and Productivity. Assure proper planning and communication is happening for all operations that you oversee. Identify and solve problems that arise. -Manage and oversee the output from the engineering, constructability, procurement, construction and commissioning teams from detail design through commission and start up. -Direct project oversight on EPC related projects where the work was self-performed by your current employer at the time. Strong safety and quality committment and record on your projects.

What You Bring
-Competent in the use of computer software applications used for project control and administration, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. -Must be able to read and interpret drawings, plans, specifications, and have a fluent understanding of the NEC. -Regular, reliable attendance -Demonstrated ability to efficiently supervise and evaluate craft performance. Must be willing to relocate/and or travel. -Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment. -Experience with Data Center construction (or similar hyperscale construction facilities) preferred. -Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, engineering drawings and other documents. -10+ years’ experience in the construction industry, with at least 5+ years in a supervisory role, overseeing self-performed construction overseeing Specialty systems testing/troubleshooting and installation that includes but not limited to fiber/copper cabling, CCTV, Access Controls, Securit Systems, Audio Systems CATV, WLAN and other low Voltage data systems. -Work productively and meet deadlines timely
