Tasks

-Participate on campus recruitment efforts, including the development of annual summer internship program and associated university recruitment/partnership strategies. -Remain vigilant of changing laws that impact HR as a whole. Assure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to employment. -Partners with hiring managers to develop and execute an adaptable and flexible hiring plan with use of market data, insights, and analytics to develop and modify recruitment plans, while cultivating a high-touch, service-oriented, and collaborative hiring manager experience -Plays a key role in new system or process implementation in Talent Acquisition -Collaborate in developing our ongoing strategy of the employment brand, sourcing, and recruitment marketing -Identify and develop partnerships with relevant organizations, events, and communities for target skillset and talent needs -Develop a deep understanding of organizational growth strategy and associated talent needs – both short and long-term – and bring forward consultative talent acquisition solutions to support business plans. -Be a brand ambassador and stay active on social media channels in efforts to expand and grow the Employer Brand -Establish controls and measurements to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation. -Coordinate with HR team on other projects as needed. -Stay abreast of cutting-edge practices and technology in talent acquisition and make recommendations -Develop and execute innovative ways to create talent pipelines, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns -Partner closely with HR Business Partners to develop Talent Management strategies -Provide premiere candidate experience. -Revise job posting, staffing, and sourcing procedures to continually improve and streamline the recruiting process and maximize resources.

What You Bring

-Light Lifting (occasional 25 lbs or less) -A thorough understanding of OFCCP and VVERRA guidelines and requirements -Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking systems including reporting and candidate management -5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a combination of high-level corporate and highly technical roles -Strong understanding and use of Metrics and Analytics to drive decisions in Talent Acquisition -Excellent customer focus with the desire and ability to partner with HR colleagues and hiring managers -Understanding of immigration law and practices a plus -Sitting - frequent -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment -Proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization -Experience with internships, co-ops, and cultivating relationships with target Colleges and Universities -Strong organizational and time management skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to foster relationships with employees at all levels within the organization -Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast paced and challenging environment -Proven track record of building trust and credibility in a corporate environment at the management or senior executive level -Experience negotiating offers for corporate management level roles -Experience using data and reporting to identify areas of improvement in recruiting processes, resources, strategies and making recommendations -Understanding of executive compensation, total rewards, and relocation packages -Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships, communicate, consult and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. -A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred -A proven track record of recruiting across diverse professional disciplines – preferably in a highly technical engineering/manufacturing environment -Strong discipline in behavior based interviewing techniques – IE: DDI methodology -Standing, Walking, Bending – occasional -Solid knowledge of HR policies and practices, all areas of recruiting and of employment laws and regulations
