Marketing and Proposal Specialist

Overview

Develop and deliver winning proposals, craft narratives, and support marketing for AEC projects.

Tasks

-Perform detailed analysis of RFP/RFQ documents and develop compelling narratives that demonstrate the value proposition -Write non-technical portions of the proposal (cover letters, executive summaries, project descriptions, team qualifications, win themes) -Champion development and delivery of major proposals and business development materials -Develop improved processes, systems and templates for the full pipeline, working closely with Marketing Leads -Review and edit content to ensure responsiveness, accuracy, and emphasis on compelling visual and written narrative -Contribute to and maintain CRM -Perform closeout activities ensuring lessons learned and debriefing process is initiated -Facilitate proposal delivery from research and kick-off to interview and close-out -Work with marketing and practitioners to lead pursuit strategy and develop successful proposals -Facilitate award submissions and provide support with photography coordination when needed.
