Tasks

Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you'll influence deals, drive product uptake, and support retention conversations across your region. This is the perfect role for someone with sales or account management experience who enjoys presenting, training, and seeing clients succeed. As a Customer Solutions Consultant (or Solutions & Implementation Specialist as we say at Domain), you'll partner with Domain's Sales teams to support pitches, run live product demos, and help real estate agencies adopt our tech platforms that make running their business easier and more profitable. You'll play a key role in the sales journey - combining your relationship skills with a knack for technology to help agents understand how our products solve their everyday challenges. -Attend sales meetings and corporate roadshows. -Partner closely with our Agency Sales Teams to create and deliver sales pitches that articulate value to customers, and support with technical expertise throughout the sales journey. -Work overseas once per year for up to 20 days. -Support sales teams, deliver product demos / training for clients. -Provide product demos and training webinars to explain benefits and ensure that solutions are well-integrated into our client's businesses. -Facilitate the sharing of client feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product teams to understand opportunities for product improvements. -Support conversations at the time of contract renewal to ensure that valuable clients are retained and continue to get the most value out of the solutions. -Continually provide insights on market conditions such as competitor activity, as well as potential barriers and opportunities. -Expand your knowledge to become an industry expert within the Real Estate tech solutions space.

What You Bring

If you're a confident communicator who loves helping Real Estate clients see the value in digital solutions, this is your chance to shine! -Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college. -Comfortable being client-facing and presenting in sales meetings. -Valid Australian drivers license and own reliable vehicle (car allowance provided). -Familiarity with CRM system functions. -Experience with new business development. -Tech sales / Customer Success experience -A sales background working in (or with) the Real Estate industry. -Technical and/or training experience with Saas platforms. -Strong account management experience.
