What You Bring
-Required to pull or push using force -Required to reach forward, grab, grasp, pinching, handle material and tools using upper extremities -Required to use scissor, boom, and other personnel lifts to access the work area -Current State of California license - Active JW card required -Must be able to read and understand construction documents and schedules -Able to work with little supervision -Required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned -Required to stand for sustained periods of time -Excellent knowledge of NEC -Ability to take initiative and be self sufficient -Required to bend or twist at the neck and torso -Required to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs -Experience working in a commercial setting -Able to manage portions of projects and be the "right hand" to the Foreman -Capable of doing basic take offs -Understands the entire scope of the job -Must have a CA valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation -Required to reach above head -Able to prepare equipment and tool lists -Able to collaborate with other trades and have the "Power of One" mindset -Required to lift objects from low to high positions in horizontal to vertical motions -Must be knowledgeable of relevant codes and regulations -Required to use and climb ladders to work from heights -Required to talk, express, or exchange detailed, important information by means of verbal communication -Required to perform repetitive motion tasks -Capable of forecasting tasks and materials -Only apply if you are Skilled and Trained with an active JW card on file with the State of CA.** -Experience working on large complex projects -Required walking for long and short distances, walking from one worksite to another -Possess leadership and mentorship skills -Constantly Required to hear sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to hear detailed information and distinguish sounds to avoid hazards -Dependable with reliable transportation -Required to crouching, squatting, stooping, kneeling
