Tasks

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced construction environment? We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join our growing plumbing and construction team. In this role, you’ll serve as the communication hub between builders, customers, and our production crews—ensuring every project is documented, scheduled, and executed with precision. -Coordinate with field and construction management teams to confirm job readiness and resolve scheduling issues. -Maintain clear records of all builder communication, inquiries, and follow-ups. -Monitor builder schedules and update production timelines to ensure projects stay on track. -Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and any necessary changes. -Review builder portals to create and maintain work orders and job files based on plans and selections. -Serve as a point of contact for builders, providing accurate and timely information. -Support other Account Coordinators as needed to keep projects moving efficiently.

What You Bring

-Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite. -High school diploma or equivalent (college, trade school, or related experience preferred). -Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with strong attention to detail. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a busy construction environment. -Team player with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. -Strong organizational skills with a proactive, customer-first approach. -Experience with Sage, Supply Pro, or Build Pro preferred.
