The Role
Overview
Manage commercial contracts, valuations and change control for Net Zero Teesside project.

Tasks
-Supporting the management of additional site services accounts as required. -Preparing CVRs, forecasts, and regular financial reports for the TSS Managing Quantity Surveyor and Business Manager. -Overseeing change control processes and ensuring compliance with NEC4 contract procedures. -Managing monthly applications, valuations, and accounts in line with subcontract agreements. -Promoting collaborative working and contributing to a positive team culture on the NZT project. -Leading on subcontract management including drafting, negotiation, and agreement of new phases of work.

What You Bring
-Working knowledge of NEC4 contracts and open book contracting principles. -Strong experience as a Quantity Surveyor (open sector background welcome – building, civils, M&E, or modular). -Ability to work effectively within a collaborative project team. -Excellent financial reporting, analytical, and communication skills. -Possible supervision of Assistant Quantity Surveyors or Commercial Assistants. -Proven commercial management experience within a subcontracting environment.
