What You Bring

-Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a large and diverse team -Are you able to motivate and coach people? -Experience managing a franchised motor dealership or a similar automotive retail business -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to foresee potential barriers -Are you able to influence, support motivate a team? -Do you have previous experience in a similar role? -Must have experience with managing multiple sites.

Benefits

-Relocation package available (including paid for accommodation for 12 months for the right person). -33 days annual leave -45 hour week -Basic up to £90k -OTE up to £120k
