Tasks

-Share knowledge and contribute to the improvement of the design and development process within the team. -Analyze user flows and interactions to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user experience. -Communicate design ideas, concepts, and solutions effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. -Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to understand user behaviors and pain points. -Implement design mockups, wireframes, and prototypes using design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Ionics or similar. -Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to translate concepts and ideas into functional designs. -Work closely with backend developers to integrate UI components into the overall application architecture. -Collaborate with stakeholders to define user personas, user journeys, and information architecture. -Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in UI/UX design and front-end development. -Create visually appealing and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. -Ensure that the UI/UX design aligns with accessibility standards to provide an inclusive experience for all users. -Develop and maintain a consistent design system and design language across various platforms and products. -Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement user interfaces and interactions with a focus on responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.

What You Bring

-Experience with prototyping tools and version control systems is beneficial. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. -Proven work experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and development skills. -Knowledge of design systems and design thinking methodologies is a plus. -Strong front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, React Native, Ionic, Bootstrap and responsive design techniques. -Degree/Master's Degree in Computer Science or relevant engineering with 4-5 Years of Experience -Proficiency in UI design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Ionics or similar. -Joining our team as a UI/UX Developer, you'll have the opportunity to shape the digital experiences of our products, contributing to their success and positively impacting our users' lives.
