Tasks

-Participate in patching, version upgrades, and system maintenance with minimal disruption to operations. -Monitor system logs, user activity, and error trends to proactively resolve recurring issues. -Provide support for 3DEXPERIENCE application in an ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliant environment. -Maintain incident and resolution documentation for audits and knowledge sharing. -Work closely with the business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests. -Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues across multiple 3DX modules. -Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures. -Ensure all data access, handling, and operations comply with ITAR and corporate data security policies.

The expected salary range for this position is between $77,500 to $1,30,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
