Tasks

-Manage day-to-day operations for the main village centre, a two-level building. -Ensure safety, quality, and timelines are met. -Lead a flagship project that will shape the future of our Cambridge village. -Hands-on leadership with real impact – manage a growing team and multiple trades. -Oversee and coordinate all trades – electrical, plumbing, wall linings, brickwork, mechanical, painting, and internal finishes. -Supervise a growing team: starting with 40–50 people daily, scaling up to 100+ at peak.

What You Bring

-Strong building knowledge and practical experience. -Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. -Approx. 11,100 sqm footprint. -Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors. -Ground floor blockwork, suspended slab, timber framing on level two. -On-site presence required (No FIFO). -Excellent communication and leadership skills. -Proven experience as a General Site Supervisor – not trade-specific.
