What You Bring
-Strong knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and best practices in workplace safety -Ability to manage complex projects such as office relocations and refurbishments. -Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment -Experience leading and managing large teams -Proficiency in workplace technology solutions and digital communication tools -Ability to remain calm under pressure -A relevant tertiary qualification in property, facilities management, or business -Excellent communicator who builds strong relationships -Strong skills in budgeting, procurement, and contract negotiation -Solutions focused and proactive -Commercial property experience would be advantageous -Experience working in the public sector would be advantageous
