The Role

Overview

Support operations, reporting and admin for contracts at 14forty on a part‑time basis.

Tasks

-Manage IT service requests and the reward & recognition voucher scheme (in line with HMRC and Compass processes). -Maintain accurate contract documentation and support with contract variations. -Handle queries and calls promptly and professionally. -Maintain personnel files (P files). -Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high standards of accuracy in all reporting. -Arrange travel and accommodation for the management team. -Build effective relationships with clients, account teams, and central departments. -Support internal and external meetings, including minute taking and document management. -Prepare client review packs, KPI statistics, and quarterly performance reports with trend analysis (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

What You Bring

-Previous facilities management experience -Strong IT skills - in particular Excel & Powerpoint -Strong leadership and operational management skills -Previous expose to management reporting -Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities -Strong communication and stakeholder management skills -Good commercial acumen
