The Role

Overview

Conducts QA/QC testing of raw materials and finished products in an analytical lab.

Tasks

-Issue labels and seals as controlled documents, store label stock in a secured area with restricted access, and maintain a log for issued seals. -Review and test finished bulk products to ensure quality standards are met before transferring them to storage tanks or packaging containers. -Conduct in-process and finished goods testing, and perform packaging inspections and visual inspections of finished goods. -Print and review labels with the Production Supervisor. -Operators will pull samples and test them with established SOPs. -Issue and review batch records for manufacturing and packaging. -Test raw materials as required by QA/QC and release them for use by Production, including testing specific gravity, pH, wet chemistry assays, and trace materials using AA or HPLC.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 3 months of experience with in an academic or industry lab setting -Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field. -HPLC experience nice to have
