Tasks

-Maintain and manage user access and role-based permission settings across various platforms. -Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations. -Assist in planning and implementing future IT projects and system upgrades. -Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and Active Directory (AD) environments. -Support and educate staff on best practices related to cybersecurity and access management. -Configure and manage firewall settings to maintain robust network security. -Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures, including endpoint server security and other best practices. -Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software, and oversee their lifecycle from procurement to decommissioning.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to oversee and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows servers, Active Directory, firewall configuration, cybersecurity best practices, and IT asset management. -Experience with IT asset management, including inventory and lifecycle tracking. -Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively -Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. -Strong knowledge and implementation experience in Windows Server environments and Active Directory. -Excellent communication and teamwork skills. -Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and experience with endpoint server security. -Knowledge of user provisioning and IT access management. -Proficiency in firewall configuration and management.
