What You Bring

-A Maintenance Tech will perform as a skilled team member in the continuous improvement of maintenance, fabrication, welding, installation, and repair of tire manufacturing equipment and components. -Industrial maintenance experience a plus -Must have full range of motion consistent with age -Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSign -2+ years of industrial maintenance experience -Familiarity with mobile powered equipment like aerial lifts, forklifts, cranes preferred -Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above -Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders -Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises -Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas -Welding Experience -Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces -Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.
