Tasks

-Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and consulting engineers to foster loyalty and repeat business -Drive Revenue: Implement strategic sales initiatives to expand our client base and increase market share -Follow Process Excellence: Ensure all sales activities align with company procedures to maintain operational efficiency and compliance -Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish -Product & Market Knowledge: Stay current on our offerings and industry trends to effectively position our value in the market -Consultative Selling: Serve as a knowledgeable advisor to clients, deeply understanding their needs and delivering customized BAS solutions

-Problem Solver: Analytical and solution-focused with a strategic approach to overcoming challenges -Independent: Comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of your territory and accounts -Personable & Outgoing: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect and engage with others -Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in building systems, automation, or a related technical field -Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management -Sense of Urgency: Respond quickly and decisively to client needs and internal demands -Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience -Ability to travel within the designated territory -Excellent Communication: Clear, confident, and adaptable communicator, both verbally and in writing -Technical Acumen: Willingness and ability to develop deep expertise in Building Automation Systems -Excellent organizational and time management skills
