-Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and consulting engineers to foster loyalty and repeat business -Drive Revenue: Implement strategic sales initiatives to expand our client base and increase market share -Follow Process Excellence: Ensure all sales activities align with company procedures to maintain operational efficiency and compliance -Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish -Product & Market Knowledge: Stay current on our offerings and industry trends to effectively position our value in the market -Consultative Selling: Serve as a knowledgeable advisor to clients, deeply understanding their needs and delivering customized BAS solutions
