Tasks

-Champion continuous improvement and process optimization to eliminate waste, increase efficiency, and enhance flexibility. -Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements, including the Clean Air Act and related standards. -Partner with campus maintenance to ensure effective preventive maintenance programs. -Lead assembly operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. -Maintain strong daily contact with plant teams, production planning, and other site leaders to review performance and address risks. -Build external partnerships as needed, including suppliers and other Rehlko manufacturing sites. -Set clear departmental metrics, review performance results, and take corrective action when needed. -Lead, coach, and develop Production Supervisors and Manufacturing Engineers, ensuring role clarity and consistent communication across teams. -Collaborate regularly with corporate functions, product engineering, and other Home Energy business partners to improve quality, reduce cost, and share best practices. -Foster collaboration and alignment with Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, HR, EHS, Maintenance, and CI teams to meet plant goals. -Plan and oversee production schedules, budgets, and major capital expenditures.

What You Bring

-Minimum of 7 years of manufacturing leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a high-volume or repetitive production environment. -Strong leadership background with proven ability to develop and engage teams. -Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field. -Experience managing plant or production performance and leading major improvement or startup initiatives.
