Structural Intern - Bridges

Overview

Assist engineers on bridge design, field work, CAD drafting, and calculations.

Key Responsibilities

• site inspections
• quantity take-offs
• cad drafting

Tasks

-Assist with on-site inspections and limited field assignments; -Perform material quantity take-offs; -Perform rudimentary calculations under the direction of a licensed engineer; -Assist project teams in meeting deadlines as needed. -Assist with preparation of technical specifications and reports; -Utilize CAD programs to assist in the preparation of plan drawings and details; -Organize design calculations
