Tasks

-Interact with superintendent to define commission and warranty repair schedule. Maintain working relationship to promote quality of work and scheduling efficiency. -Clearly communicates with the superintendent by giving essential recommendations regarding customer claim issues. -Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of all services performed. -Providing a top-notch customer experience and effectively communicating to homeowners and builders. -Assist in the in-field training of new technicians. -Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. -Commission and document new water heaters and plumbing systems. -Diagnose, repair, and replace plumbing systems and equipment to the highest possible standard.

Requirements

• high school
• journeyman
• plumbing exp
• driver’s license
• piping knowledge
• bilingual

What You Bring

-Have high school diploma or GED -Journeyman license preferred -2 years of plumbing experience preferred (at least 2 of those in residential service/repair) -Must be able to pass and comply with all safety training, background check and drug testing requirements -Willing to travel to required job site -Valid Driver’s License -Be familiar with water, drain, gas piping materials and techniques -Bilingual is a plus -Ability to bend, crouch, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, and work on ladders and scaffolds
