This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, manage complex calendars and provide comprehensive administrative support. The successful candidate must be professional, integrity-minded, and a personable leader committed to the overall objective and self-development within the company. -Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant -Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools. -Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams). -Ability to work independently and take initiative. -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Bachelor's degree -Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
