Lead and deliver a major facilities management project in Qatar as senior project manager.

Tasks

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders. -Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure best practices in FM operations. -Oversee all aspects of project operations, including budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and performance monitoring. -Lead project meetings, prepare reports, and provide strategic input to senior management. -Manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery. -Monitor and report on project progress, KPIs, and SLAs, implementing corrective actions as needed. -Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the FM project in alignment with contractual obligations and client expectations. -Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in project management tools and FM software. -PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage. -Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written) is required. -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. -Minimum 15 years of experience in a Project Manager role within the Facilities Management field in the State of Qatar. -Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. -Valid UPDA Grade A Certificate is mandatory. -Proven track record in managing large-scale FM projects.
