We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Category Development Manager – Home Automation to spearhead growth for this rapidly expanding category across all Sanipex Group sales channels, including retail, projects, trade, and online. Based in Dubai, you will manage the complete business development lifecycle, from identifying and shaping new opportunities to negotiating, delivering, and closing high-value projects. As the key instigator of category growth, you will proactively generate opportunities, leveraging customer insights, market intelligence, and strong internal collaboration. You will support every phase of the pipeline, providing technical expertise, guiding specification proposals, ensuring compliance, and coordinating seamless project execution. Your ability to anticipate trends, map out strategic opportunities, and craft commercially sound proposals will be essential to establishing Sanipex Group as the supplier of choice for Home Automation solutions.
