Overview
Lead and grow the Project & Program Services business in Asia, owning P&L, strategy, client and team development.

Tasks
-Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse business performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. -Team Leadership: Build, manage, and motivate a high-performing team across multiple countries. -Champion the rapid scale-up of the PPS business to a 50 million CAD revenue target—driving strategic innovation, operational excellence, and market expansion, while fully leveraging our global operating model and the capabilities of teams across the UK, the Global Technology Centre, and the wider organisation. -Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders in each market driving client retention, and market expansion. -Regional Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a robust growth strategy across Asia (with initial focus on Singapore & Malaysia), identifying new market opportunities and driving revenue expansion. -Lead talent strategy, succession planning, and capability building across the business unit. -Collaborate with country heads to align business unit goals & promote cross-border collaboration and knowledge sharing. -Business Development: Lead business development initiatives, identify key client needs, and secure major projects and contracts within the region. -Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture, ensuring effective communication and coordination across the region. -Operational Oversight: Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services and projects within the Business Unit, adhering to quality standards and timelines. -P&L Accountability: Assume full P&L responsibility for the PPS Business Unit across Asia. This includes setting financial targets, managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring profitable growth. -Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to take informed strategic decisions. -Market Penetration: Deepen market penetration and expand our client base within each of the key markets, understanding and adapting to local market nuances.
