Tasks

Our client is looking for business forward Vice President to compliment their already strong field operations side. This role goes beyond day-to-day operations — you'll shape project strategy, mentor teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. -This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and negotiating high-value contracts. -Overseeing all construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. -You will also be responsible for driving company growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the client base.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, capable of engaging with clients & owners. -Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) preferred. -Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. -Exceptional leadership and team development skills, with experience mentoring employees and cross-functional teams. -Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in senior construction leadership roles, managing retail, industrial or healthcare projects. -Strong expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and financial oversight at the executive level.
