Tasks
-Manage budgets, production schedules, and staffing plans to ensure on-time delivery and cost-effective operations. -Drive Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives to enhance plant performance and operational consistency. -Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards while chairing or supporting safety committees. -Lead and manage all day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. -Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and shared responsibility throughout the facility. -Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to sustain continuous improvement. -Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational objectives and growth plans. -Plan, organize, and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs. -Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to improve workflow and output. -Oversee workforce management, training, and development to promote engagement and accountability across teams.

What You Bring
-Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations, with experience leading safety programs. -5+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, ideally in an environment managing a 24hr multiple shift facility -Strong knowledge of production management, inventory control, and process optimization. -Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or similar continuous improvement methodologies. -Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive measurable improvements in productivity and quality. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels. -Skilled in strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance management.
