Tasks

-Processing and data entry in Vantage accounting software -Maintain project related filing -Create waivers for invoicing -Attend monthly AR calls -Logging email responses -Finalizing AIA documents -Emailing invoices to clients -Creating redacted prime agreements -Emailing clients to follow up on payment status -Assist in monthly close out process -Compile backup receipts for invoicing

What You Bring

-Must be able to handle multiple tasks accurately -Detail-oriented individual who emphasizes accuracy is essential -Must have experience with Microsoft Office applications -Experience with billing, and completing payment applications, lien waivers and releases is a plus -Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—are essential -Knowledge of basic construction lien forms is a plus -Expired DocuSign process -A minimum of 1-2 year of experience working in an office setting -Well-organized and thorough are essential traits of the individual -Experience with Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint software a plus
