Administer and manage employee benefit programs and related compliance.

Tasks
-Maintain accurate employee benefit records in the HRIS and ensure timely updates with benefit providers. -Assist with benefits-related communications, training sessions, and wellness initiatives. -Coordinate leave of absence programs (FMLA, state leave, personal leave, workers’ compensation) in compliance with applicable regulations. -Monitor compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws. -Process and maintain benefit-related documentation, including new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, and annual open enrollment. -Reconcile benefits invoices and work with payroll to ensure accurate deductions. -Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness offerings. -Partner with brokers, carriers, and vendors to resolve benefit-related issues. -Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and questions, ensuring a high level of customer service. -Support HR projects and provide backup to other HR team members as needed.

What You Bring
-Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to effectively communicate benefits information to a diverse workforce. -Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. -2+ years of experience in benefits administration or a related HR role. -Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. -Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. -Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong mathematical and analytical skills to manage data, reporting, and reconciliation. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service mindset. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). -Strong knowledge of employee benefit laws and compliance requirements (ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ACA, HIPAA).
