Lead environmental remediation projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and client requirements.

Tasks
-Understand and incorporate client requirements in management of projects including commercial contract terms, change management process, financial performance KPIs, etc. -Interface directly with technical project manager and project team to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget. -Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and meet budgetary objectives, while adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis. -Use client and AECOM prescribed tools to track and manage financial aspects of the projects. -Lead or assist with other business development opportunities and activities. -Prepare cost and technical proposals and change order requests in conjunction with program managers and client account managers. -Oversee the preparation of work plans and organize project studies.

What You Bring
-15 years of experience in site investigation and remediation. -Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication, both verbal and written skills. -Experience in team management and scheduling of staff and resources to ensure on time and on budget project delivery. -Strong local and state regulatory experience with CERCLA and RCRA corrective action is preferred. -5 years of project management experience -Professional certification preferred (e.g., Prof. Eng./Geologist, Chartered Eng./Geologist, PMP, etc.). -This role is subject to a background check and Motor vehicle records check. -Bachelor’s degree in a related field and (4) four years of relevant environmental remediation experience and/or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or education. -Experience successfully managing environmental projects for various types of clients. -US Citizen or US Permanent Resident. Sponsorship at this time and in the future will not be available for this position. -Experience preparing proposals, cost estimates, schedules, and change orders. -Superior communication, writing, editing, and reporting skills for a wide variety of audiences.
