To ensure the most accurate and up to date technical information is retrieved, built into training, and delivered/presented. To supervise the overall operations of the Call Center and parts departments. To work closely with Call Center leadership to deliver a high-level experience to our customers and consumer through parts, Call Center interactions and technical support.

  • Coordinate and lead training classes at the Dallas office and in the field.
  • Conduct training sessions on HVAC equipment for sales teams and field service technicians.
  • Supervise calls to provide technical assistance and guidance to customers and internal teams.
  • Provide support for parts supervision to ensure accurate inventory management.
