The Role
Overview
Lead planning, coordination, and on‑site delivery of temporary traffic management in Dunedin.

Tasks
-Train and upskill our Temporary Traffic Management Workers (TTMW), Traffic Management Operatives (TMO) and STMS trainees. -Act as the primary on-site TTM Contact for stakeholders. -Implement contingency plans and ensure HSE procedures are followed. -Ensure the safety of the Downer crew, subbies, and the general public. -Oversee all aspects of worksite operations including vehicle & equipment checks, crew briefings, site inductions, validation of TMPs, installation and removal of traffic management setups and complete all required documentation.

What You Bring
-Extensive experience in temporary traffic management with a strong record in leading TTM delivery and overseeing unattended site management -Show commitment to safe work practises -First Aid Certification would be highly desirable -Flexibility and adaptability are desirable given you will be required to work shift work -Strong communication and leadership skills -Full Class 1 & 2 Drivers License -A drive and performance mindset
