Tasks

-Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives. -Supervise preparation and execution of environmental studies (EIA, EMS, ESG). -Promote a culture of innovation, research, and development through new initiatives, pilots, and advanced solutions in sustainability, smart infrastructure, and environmental technologies. -Oversee implementation of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards). -Supervise engineering projects from concept through final delivery. -Resolve operational and technical challenges affecting project progress. -Establish and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) to standardize project management methodologies, reporting systems, and corporate governance. -Establish operational plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals. -Monitor departmental performance and identify areas for improvement. -Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and international standards. -Lead digital transformation initiatives across operational, engineering, and environmental services, including ERP systems, PMIS platforms, BIM, GIS, and data analytics technologies. -Lead, mentor, and develop technical and administrative teams. -Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and performance systems. -Support the development of new sustainability and environmental service offerings. -Identify operational risks and implement preventive controls. -Design and implement continuous improvement programs to enhance process efficiency, quality, and customer experience. -Oversee all daily operations to ensure efficiency and workflow continuity. -Conduct benchmarking against regional and global best practices and recommend improvements to elevate organizational excellence. -Manage performance evaluation processes and training programs. -Collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to translate the company’s vision into multi-year strategic and operational plans with clear KPIs. -Review technical designs, engineering reports, and project deliverables. -Ensure full compliance with professional engineering and environmental regulations. -Oversee project scheduling, planning, and progress tracking. -Prepare and monitor operational budgets and analyze variances. -Support data-driven decision-making by enhancing the quality, accuracy, and availability of operational and project data. -Improve cost-efficiency in operational spending. -Oversee environmental teams and ensure the quality and accuracy of technical reports. -Monitor contracts, scopes of work, variations, and claims. -Ensure workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance. -Support the preparation of technical and financial proposals for new projects. -Promote a high-performance, quality-driven corporate culture. -Support client relationship development and contribute to business growth opportunities. -Ensure compliance with engineering codes, quality standards, and client requirements. -M anage operational expansion and support the development of engineering and environmental services.

What You Bring

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational activities, oversee engineering and environmental projects, develop internal systems, and ensure top-tier performance and service quality. -Strong understanding of engineering, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements. -Ability to perform under pressure and manage diverse teams. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Environmental, or related fields). -Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. -Strong leadership with a clear strategic vision. -Proven ability to manage large, complex, multidisciplinary projects. -High-level communication and relationship-building skills. -Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering or project management, including 5–8 years in a leadership role. -Master’s in Project Management or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
