Tasks

The Global Quality Manager will lead quality initiatives across multiple international sites, reporting directly to senior leadership. This is an influential, individual contributor position responsible for defining processes, setting KPIs, overseeing audits, and embedding quality standards into the organization. The role requires close collaboration with operations, engineering, and technical support teams and will involve approximately 25–30% travel. -Provide data-driven insights and statistical reporting to support business goals -Establish and manage global quality processes, KPIs, and QMS standards -Oversee audits, supplier quality programs, and compliance with UL, EN, and cyber/software regulations -Integrate quality into ERP platforms and manage engineering change orders -Reduce waste, improve product reliability, and embed quality into new product development -Partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
