Tasks

-Bring/Develop key client relationships -Provide leadership, coaching and supervision to remediation engineers and scientists, and oversight of remedial subcontractors; -Develop and provide consultation on complex remedial treatment options; -Oversee multidiscipline projects and; -Design and implement regulatory and remediation; -Build and develop client relationships and a pipeline of remediation business -Build, maintain, and manage nationwide client relationships and projects; -Develop, lead and manage of a progressive regional and national environmental practice;

What You Bring

-Strong leadership, mentorship, and managerial skills, with the ability to engage team members both in-person and remotely; -Demonstrated ability to build and develop client relationships and a pipeline of remediation business; -Ability to effectively work independently and in a team environment, and; -Bachelor’s degree environmental, or chemical engineering; -Strong communication and report writing skills; -PFAS experience a plus -Superior regulatory and technical knowledge paired with excellent analytical and critical thinking; -Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, while maintaining quality and attention to detail; -Skilled in managing the business aspects of projects -15+ years of site remediation experience; -Possess reliable transportation for client meetings and job site visits and a valid driver’s license in good standing. -Proven experience in leading and managing multi-discipline projects and remediation projects; -LSRP, P.E., P.G. or other professional certification;
