Capex Oversight: Audit existing sites and scope future capital works.

From feasibility and planning to handover and opening day, you'll balance cost, quality, and speed to deliver exceptional results.

Continuous Improvement: Capture learning's and streamline future roll-outs for improved delivery.

As Construction Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of multiple capital projects, ensuring every restaurant reflects the brand's quality, efficiency, and innovation.

Planning & Compliance: Manage planning applications, landlord approvals, and licensing.

Contractor Management: Tender, appoint, and oversee contractors and consultants.

Budget Management: Control budgets ranging from £100k-£2m, ensuring strong value engineering and cost efficiency.

Sustainability: Champion sustainable design, low-carbon materials, and energy-efficient solutions.

Stakeholder Communication: Liaise effectively with Operations, Finance, and Executive teams.

Project Delivery: Lead fit-out and new-build projects from concept through to completion.

On-Site Execution: Ensure programme, safety, and quality standards are met with minimal operational disruption.

Are you a hands-on Construction Project Manager or Building Surveyor who takes pride in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget?

Commercially astute with strong cost planning and negotiation skills

Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, CDM 2015, and H&S standards

Experience managing a £5m+ annual capital expenditure portfolio

Location: Ruislip (with travel across the UK)

Chartered (RICS / MCIOB) or qualified (Prince2 / APM)

Clear, confident communicator capable of influencing at board level

Proficiency with BIM, Procore, or other digital project management tools

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
