Tasks

-Ensure adherence to federal and state Fair Housing Laws and all company policies -Assist with scheduling contractors for capital projects and obtaining quotes -Schedule and track special projects and make-readies -Assist with inspections, including fire and DCA tours, and property curb appeal initiatives -Monitor work order timelines to ensure they meet SSOP guidelines -Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction with completed jobs -Work with Service Manager, Regional Manager, and Property Manager to ensure smooth operation of work orders and maintenance tasks -Ensure timely delivery of supplies for scheduled projects -Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely arrival and completion -Maintain a production schedule for ongoing projects and initiatives -Answer maintenance requests and input work orders promptly

What You Bring

-Customer service and coordination experience -High school diploma or GED; or 2-5 years of related experience or training -Strong attention to detail and time management skills -Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills -Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting tools
