Tasks

-Provide internal and external auditors reconciliations, schedules, and reports at their request -Work with VP of Finance regarding division accounting issues and month-end transactions -Reinforce company policies and procedures to division -Prepare monthly financial statements for operations and joint ventures -Prepare monthly and quarterly account reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts -Provide JD Edwards and InsightSoftware (Hubble) support for divisions as needed -Travel and assist internal audit in annual division audits -Prepares, reviews, and posts journal entries including both routine and non-routine entries

-Ability to function under pressure and meet time constraints and deadlines -Proficient in Excel -Capable of multi tasking and prioritizing -Excellent analytical and organizational skills -Minimal of two years experience related to the essential functions specified -Strong verbal skills for interaction with office and division personnel -Residential homebuilding and job costing accounting is preferred -Ability to work in a team-oriented environment -JD Edwards and InsightSoftware experience a plus
