Manage customer orders, inquiries, payments, and RMA using CRM for ELGA Lab Water.

Tasks

Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer centric behavior and high professionalism while working to establish a positive rapport with customers, sales representatives, technicians and office colleagues. Supports other department requirements for Customer Care related support. Job Description Uses CRM database to process sales orders, send order confirmations, update orders for billing Answers incoming calls and emails regarding purchase orders, billing / payment, pricing, product availability, and other general inquiries from customers, sales representatives and technicians. Works within distributor online portals to retrieve and confirm purchase orders Responsible for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests Responsible for processing payments; such as customer credit cards.

What You Bring

*Associates degree preferred (not required) 3+ years of experience in B2B or Retail customer support role, ideally in manufacturing / distributor setting (not required) The ability to work under pressure and maintain high attention to detail Excellent computer skills, primarily with Google Suite Exceptional organizational and time management skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities The ability to work in a team environment; a friendly and cooperative/positive attitude is required Must be honest, assertive and systematic We also value the following qualifications: Uses patience and courtesy while resolving customer complaints and conflict Respects and follows all ISO certified standard operating procedures; experience is a plus Problem resolution and critical thinking skills.
