-Troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site with guidance from lead Installers -Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day -Learning to read job paperwork and inventory all materials needed for each project -Positive attitude and great customer service skills -Willingness to learn and grow within the company -A valid driver's license and a clean driving record -Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle report -Excellent organizational and time management abilities -Strong verbal and written communication skills
