Tasks

-Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver intelligent, user-facing features. -Design and implement backend and frontend services, APIs, and data pipelines to support AI-driven workflows. -Transform complex, manual permitting workflows into seamless, AI-enabled software experiences. -Help establish engineering best practices and contribute to a culture of technical excellence. -Work directly with users to shape product direction and rapidly ship features that drive impact.

What You Bring

-Own features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to testing and production deployment. -Comfortable owning features across frontend, backend, and data layers -Excitement for AI-powered tools that solve real-world construction challenges and a customer-first mindset -Track record of shipping production systems and making thoughtful trade-offs for speed, reliability, and scalability -Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres, or ability to learn quickly -Strong experience in fullstack development, ideally including time at a startup or fast-moving team
